Panna Akter, a distinguished student of Musa Mia Buddhi Bikash School, established on the initiative of the Jahedi Foundation, has brought special honour. On the occasion of the 34th International Day of Persons with Disabilities and the 27th National Disability Day 2025, she has been selected in the “Successful Person with Special Needs” category.
At a discussion meeting and award ceremony held in Dhaka on 3 December, organized by the National Foundation for the Development of the Disabled, she was conferred this special honour.
Sharmin S. Murshid, Advisor to the Ministry of Social Welfare and the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, handed over the crest, certificate, and cash prize to Panna Akter.
